Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited. Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited may refuse or cancel any order for reasons that include product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited cancels an order after payment, Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited will issue a refund according to the refund policy below.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on cxchfinery.com and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account. Payment must be made through the payment methods available on cxchfinery.com. Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited does not store full payment card details.
Shipping and Delivery
Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited ships clothing products to the addresses you provide. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited’s control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds: 14 days No-Reason Policy
You may return any clothing item purchased from cxchfinery.com within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You must contact Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited at [email protected] will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited receives and inspects the returned item. Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item and any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to damage or defect. The refund processing time and the time for the funds to arrive in your account together take at least 14 days.
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited has no control over PayPal’s internal processing times. You agree that Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited is not liable for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited at [email protected] will review the claim. If Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited approves the claim, Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement, at Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited’s discretion. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be rejected.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The governing law is Hong Kong law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute that is not resolved informally.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.
Changes to These Terms
Chuang Hao Hongkong Limited may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on cxchfinery.com is the version that applies. Your continued use of cxchfinery.com after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
